Returns Policy

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at chasinglinesau@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
To lodge your return, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit, and provide return instructions where required.
Fault Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Items must be free from damage caused by misuse, general wear and tear, or improper care
All items are assessed upon return. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is deemed faulty.
Return Timeframes
- Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Approved returns must be sent back within the timeframe provided by our team
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs will be covered for faulty or incorrect items
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, or store credit issued, within a few business days.
Important Information
- We do not offer returns for change of mind
- We do not offer refunds on items damaged through normal wear and tear
- We can only accept returns from the original purchaser
