Welcome to Chasing Lines. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Nothing too wild here—just the standard stuff to keep everything running smoothly.

1. The Basics

By accessing this site, you confirm you’re 18 years or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

We may update these Terms from time to time, so it’s worth checking back every now and then.

2. Our Gear

We do our best to keep everything accurate, from product descriptions to images. That said, colours and details might look slightly different depending on your screen.

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities
  • Discontinue items
  • Cancel orders if something isn’t quite right

3. Pricing

All prices are in AUD.

We try to keep everything spot on, but if there’s ever a pricing error, we’ll reach out before processing your order.

Prices can change at any time without notice.

4. Placing an Order

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if needed, including cases of:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Stock issues

If that happens, you’ll receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to get your gear out as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on location and the courier.

Once your order leaves us, it’s in the hands of the shipping provider, so delays outside our control can happen.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked with your gear.

If something’s not quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as:

  • It’s unworn and unwashed
  • Tags are still attached
  • It’s in original condition

Sale items aren’t eligible for refunds unless they’re faulty.

Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Faulty or Wrong Items

If we’ve messed up or something arrives faulty, let us know within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll sort it out with a replacement, exchange, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Our Brand

Everything you see on this site, including logos, designs, and content, belongs to Chasing Lines.

Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use anything without permission.

9. Liability

We’re not responsible for any indirect or unexpected losses that may come from using our site or products.

That said, nothing here overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Privacy

Your details are kept safe with us.

We don’t sell or share your personal information with third parties.

11. Legal Stuff

These Terms are governed by Australian law.
